7 Day – Easy Return Policy on Yellow fashion – We Give 100% Refund

 

We understand that traditional touch and feel is an important factor when it comes to buying Sarees and Salwar Suits.

 

When buying Sarees and Salwar Suits online, touch and feel isn’t possible. However, to counter this concern, we have introduced an easy “7 day return policy”. This policy gives you the benefit of returning the product in case you don’t like it. All you have to do is simply courier us the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, in unused, original condition and we’ll refund you the full amount paid for the product.

 

 

Did you know - We follow a strict quality check, packing and dispatch process -

-  All products on the site are fresh and new.

-  All products are checked for quality before been dispatched. A special process is followed to check the minutest of defects. This helps us to deliver you fresh products with no defects.

-  All Sarees & Salwar suits at the backend have a unique code which helps you get the same products that you have ordered.

-  We dispatch all the products in 4 layers of packing (plastic cover, bubble wrap, corrugated sheets and a non- tearable plastic bag) this is to ensure that the product reaches you safely.

- We deliver through logistic partners like BlueDart, Ecom Express, Delhivery, Aramex, DotZot, Indian Speed Post and few others. These courier / logistic teams are only allowed to deliver packed products. They are not authorized to do open deliveries or take open-products back.


 

If on delivery of the products you don’t like them, please follow the below steps to return and get the refunds –

  

Email / call us on the same / next day of delivery and inform us that you want to return the products.

Pack & Dispatch the products to our Mumbai address –

 

Please ensure while couriering, you pack the products properly, and in safe non-tearable plastic envelope bags. Also, send the product through a courier company which gives you tracking Id like a Bluedart, Aramex, First Flight, DTDC or Indian Speed Post. This is to ensure that the product reaches us in good condition and is also trackable during transit.

Important Do's and Don'ts - while returning products :

-The product, original barcodes, tags, labels and brand packaging should not be tampered

- Products should be returned in the original packing box. The box should not be damaged/ tampered by sticking label or otherwise writing on it.

-While returning the products, pack the products in the box, and wrap a plastic cover of white paper on top of the Box

- Put your Name, order number and mobile number on the outer plastic cover. 

-If possible, email us the Courier AWB number so that we can track the returned shipment

 

 

Please Note: We'll not be able to accept / process refunds of products which are not received back in original condition. The product should be returned back to us along with the original packing box within 7days from the delivery date. 


 

Email us Refund / Exchange details-

 

We process the Refunds in 7 working days, after we receive the products back in original condition.  Refunds are done through Cheque, NEFT or back to credit card / net banking accounts used at the time of placing order.

 

We request customers to email us the name in which we should issue the Cheque. Incase of bank transfer (NEFT), we request customers to send us the following bank details - Name (as in bank records), Bank name, Bank branch address, Bank account number and Branch IFSC code.  You can email us all these details on support@yellowfashion.in

 

 

Please note: We do not refund the return shipment courier charges.

 

Additional Information

 

·         We suggest Designer sarees should be Dry Cleaned Only.

 

·         Please note: Photos displayed are of products only. Slight variation is possible due to photo resolution quality. 

 

·         Steam Iron, fall and edging service for the Sarees are not done by us due to our 7 day return policy.
