We understand that traditional touch and feel is an important factor when it comes to buying Sarees

When buying Sarees and Salwar Suits online, touch and feel isn’t possible. However, to counter this concern, we have introduced an easy “7 day return policy”. This policy gives you the benefit of returning the product in case you don’t like it. All you have to do is simply courier us the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, in unused, original condition 

We would like to inform you that for orders below Rs. 5000/- we will provide a full refund. However, for orders above this amount, we will be offering credit points which you can redeem to purchase any other product from our website.

We follow a strict quality check, packing and dispatch process 

-  All products on the site are fresh and new.

-  All products are checked for quality before been dispatched. A special process is followed to check the minutest of defects. This helps us to deliver you fresh products with 0 defects.

-  All Sarees & Salwar suits at the backend have a unique code which helps you get the same products that you have ordered.

-  We dispatch all the products in 2 layers of packing (plastic cover within non- tearable plastic bag) this is to ensure that the product reaches you safely.

- We deliver through logistic partners like BlueDart, Ecom Express and few others. These courier / logistic teams are only allowed to deliver packed products. They are not authorized to do open deliveries or take open-products back.

We regret to inform you that due to the discounted price, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for the sarees on sale.

Important Do's and Don'ts - while returning products :

- Products should be returned in original condition with the shipping label came with it

- Put your Name, order number and mobile number on the outer plastic cover. 

If possible, email us the Courier AWB number so that we can track the returned shipment

- Please ensure while couriering, you pack the products properly, and in safe non-tearable plastic envelope bags. Also, send the product through a courier company which gives you tracking Id like a Bluedart, DTDC or Indian Speed Post. This is to ensure that the product reaches us in good condition and is also trackable during transit.

 Please Note: We'll not be able to accept / process refunds of products which are not received back in original condition. The product should be returned back to us along with the shipping label within 7 days from the delivery date. We do not refund the return shipment courier charges.

 We process the Refunds in 7 working days , after we receive the products back in original condition.  Refunds are done through Cheque, NEFT or back to credit card / net banking accounts used at the time of placing order.

 We request customers to email us the name in which we should issue the Cheque. International Orders :-

Order is placed it can be cancelled within 24 hours only.

1. If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be PayPal transaction fees charged.

2. We unfortunately do not have returns & exchange policy for the international customers.

3. Custom Duty is To be born by Customer

- For order over 100 USD we provide free Shipping Worldwide. International shipping charges are 20 USD for order less than 100 USD.

- Once the order is placed, it takes 3 to 7 working days to dispatch after placing the order.

- You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

- These timelines may be affected due to current situations. Prices are inclusive of shipping charges. Any other charges like import duty has to be borne by the customer.

- If the import duty is not paid by the customer the product will be destroyed/abandoned by the custom department and the refund will not be given for that particular order.

- If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address.

- Customer duty has to be paid within 2 days after the shipment arrives at your location/country.

- Our international delivery partner is DHL.

  Additional Information 

· We suggest Designer sarees should be Dry Cleaned Only.

· Please note: Photos displayed are of products only. Slight variation is possible due to photo resolution quality. 

· Steam Iron, fall and edging service for the Sarees are not done by us due to our 7 day return policy.
